GRATOR - 51-250 kW (70-340 HP) - SEED BED PRECISION CULTIVATOR AND FOLDING FRAME

GRATOR is a vibrotiller for seedbed cultivation: in just one step the front bar levels the soil, while many elastic tines (10 per meter) refine it; the double cage roller levels ridges and furrows left from tillage. Frame is light but extremely strong; up to 6 m mounted and up to 12 m pull type versions are available.

SANDOKAN - 88-140 kW (120-190 HP) - SEED BED PRECISION CULTIVATOR WITH FOLDING FRAME

SANDOKAN is a seedbed cultivator with 2 ranks of spring tines (8 per meter) created to refine seedbed on large soil extensions. The machine breaks up clods in first 10 cm of soil; the wide delta shaped tip (250 mm) has an action of modest soil turning and aeration, useful for controlling weeds and partially burying crop residues on autumn tillage. Sequence of front blade, cage roller, spring tines and crosskill roller matches a high working speed with optimal soil refinement.

TERREMOTO 3 - 51-185 kW (70-250 HP) - SPRING - SHEAR BOLT CULTIVATOR WITH RIGID FRAME

The evolution of Maschio’s tines cultivator concept is embodied in the TERREMOTO 3, “3” as its wide spaced (730 mm) ranks of elements. High soil clearance (900 mm) and wide spacing between shanks of the same rank, allow higher speeds of work (10 km/h) with no risk of clogging. Particular tips and deflectors get always a good soil till up to 25 cm. Intense action on first layer always gets a good grade of soil refinement and residues burying soil refinement.
